Subject: Camel Trails Challenge 09'
To whom it may concern,
We would like to inform you that Camel Trails L.L.C. is launching a two day event in association with Dar Al Attaa to raise funds focused on a student care program and is in the process of presenting this exciting and adventurous challenge between the corporate establishments from the 16th of April to the 17th of April 2009 with invitations passed on to more than thirty teams of both governmental and private sectors.
Why are we focusing on charity and what is our mission?
Fund raising events for charity are very strong elements in the global society for our world today. It combines a memorable event with charities which lend a hand to the people that most need it. Our unique strategy for all teams entering Camel Trails Challenge 2009 is a win-win proposal. We are optimistic to raise the most amounts towards charity while proposing an exciting agreement to your corporate establishment.
The following is an overview of the event:
- The idea of the event is a race to an unspecific location in the Sharqiya region.
- There will be a briefing day on the 15th of April to each team leader.
- The event will be taking place on the 16th and 17th of April 2009.
- More than 30 teams expected to participate.
- Each company participating is only allowed no more than 2 teams.
- Each team cannot exceed maximum of 4 and a minimum of 3 participants.
- Each team needs to arrange a 4X4 vehicle.
- The race will start at Jawharat Al-Shatti and end at the same location.
- There will be clues and puzzles for the teams to solve in order to reach the check points.
- Each team must have every clue at the end of the race.
- Prizes will be given to the 1st three winning teams.
- A closing ceremony will be held on Friday the 17th of April at Jawharat Al-Shatti.
Note that this particular event will be covered by all means of media and advertisings and as for our marketing team will provide all the requirements, needs and garment with the logo of your logos request added, and give your sample for your approval. In case there are any conditions by the officials in your company, we are ready to provide it in the light of potential available abilities
